Stylist was not happy with the way my foils turned out and redid them for free....great customer service and the final product (cut, style, and color) was fabulous!

Jill was very good & fast with my foil & my hair looks great!

In inquiring of prices for further appointment prices, I found that they were much higher than expected or would consider paying.

The service was terrible. They wouldn't return calls to set up an appointment. It took me over a month just to reach someone on the phone, then I had to schedule my appointment a month out. When I got to the salon my appointment started a half about hour late. The stylist then worked in another customer's hair at the same time. I though it was very unprofessional.

The highlighting was choppy and the color was not what I wanted.

Took over three hours to get partial highlights and hair cut.
