Craig (at the Chandler Location) was MORE than helpful and quite pleasant to do business with. Didn't try to over-sell, or push additional merchandise that I don't need/want. Thanks Craig. I'll be back to pick up my bike in a week or so. :)

Opt to pay a little mote if you want your bike ride ready..the basic tune up did not cover enough for our needs
