Good service,only thing was the location closest to us had closed the month prior so we had to drive approx 60 miles round trip.

Did not install the replacement shocks correctly They had to be redone Did not remove the "maintenance light" indicator had to come back

I purchased a voucher for an oil change, tire rotation, and A/C inspection. I knew that the A/C system had a leak and passed on that portion of the service.
However upon completion, I noticed that they did not rotate my tires. I asked the guy to put the truck back on the rack. He refused; stating the tread on the tire had reached the wear bar in between the tire tread.
I inspected each tire and although the tires do have wear none were worn to the point of the wear bar. I took the the truck down the street to Discount where I had purchased the tires and had them inspect and rotate the tires. I asked if the tires were "unsafe" - The gentleman stated that I had another year or two of treadlife based on my current driving habbits.
Saddened that Greulich's, a Christian organization, could not complete the task at hand.
