A friendly, professional stylist. Purchased the Brazilian Blowout, my appointment was easy to set, I received an email reminder the day ahead and Shaunelle was available on scheduled time. She explained the process to be, asked if I had questions and sure enough my hair was straightened when I left. I am looking forward to the ease of wear now as I am an active individual and appreciate the opportunity to try this process out and meet a new stylist.
