Very much enjoyed the luxury of being in a peaceful space with others and being led precisely into easy poses-to stretch and breath and have some mindful moments. Love the dim lights and the gongs, bells and bowls! Thank you. I’ll be back!

Very tranquil studio with great energy right when you walk in the door. Took my first class in years with Karmie and it was just what I needed to get back into the groove. I would definitely recommend this studio if you are looking for a nice place to do your yoga practice. Also, they offer a few other cool classes so check them out!

Tonight my husband and I had the pleasure of participating in Faith Flow Yoga with Dawn AMAZING! What a beautiful experience my husband and I shared, spiritually, physically, mentally rewarding. My husband has never taken a Yoga class and had doubts that it would be something he would enjoy or could even do but he absolutely fell in LOVE with this class and excited for next one. Thank you Dawn!
