About Sumits Yoga

Sumits Yoga Chandler began by offering the traditional 80 minute Sumits Yoga sequence, a hot yoga practice designed to be challenging yet accessible to even the beginning yogi. Over time, they have expanded their class offerings beyond the 80 minute sequence, including Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, and more. Their instructors bring experience and training from a wide variety of yoga disciplines and styles, making each class unique. They truly believe that yoga is for everyone, and they are passionate about sharing it with as many people as possible.
