This is a wonderful course! But don't think it's going to be a breeze - it's a for Real course! It Is a little agenda driven but still contains quality information!

Best personal training certifications out there. They do cost more and take time, but they are the most complete program with the best selection of continuing education credits.

While NASM is an excellent organization I would not recommend the Nutrition course. Very dull, outdated information and nothing to help a client.
