Had a mani-pedi with warm wax. My technician, Valerie, was wonderful. What a relaxing morning. I'll go again.

The people were great, but the nail polish ended up peeling off my nails in sheets the next day. The pedicure also did not last very long. I would have gone back and asked for a redo, but I ended up being too busy so I just let it go.

Was given a terrible hair cut!

I made an appointment a week in advance for 3:00p.m. I arrived on time and was told that there would be a twenty minute wait. Twenty minutes turned into fifty minutes. The technician had to race through my mani-pedi because she had to leave the salon at 5:00 p.m. I purchased a paraffin mani-pedi, and was told that they were out of paraffin. (Not that the technician would have had time to give me the full treatment, anyway.) I was very unhappy with how my fingernails were filed. There were jagged edges and unsmooth spots on both hands. Again, the technician was in too much of a hurry to fully attend to all of the flaws as I pointed them out. My pedicure started to chip after two days. I have never had that happen before.

Not to my expectation.
