We found parking to be a problem as you can only park for a hour at a meter. After our ride we put more money in a meter and went to lunch. We returned to find We had a parking ticket. Maybe the meters around the area should go for 3 hours.

We enjoyed the tour, but felt sorry for the horse. He seemed tired and it was a very warm day so all of the passengers were a little concerned about him. The guide assured us that he was fine, but I still felt for him. Our guide was a history teacher on sabbatical. He was full of interesting information and we really liked that.

We had a party of 12 and they were willing and able to seat us together, which was nice. We all had a nice time and our guide was very knowledgeable about Charleston history and Lowcountry architecture. His sense of humor was a great addition as well. Highly recommend.

Loved the carriage ride. Had a great tour guide. Funny and gave us a lot of info about Charleston and it’s history. Would use them again.
