It is small but has a great section on Coastal Carolina history, and the "old" artifacts are interesting.

I ALMOST FAINTED WHEN I SAW THE AMPUTATION KIT AND THE MAN WITHOUT ANESTHESIA SMILING JUST BEFORE THEY ARE AMPUTATING HIS LOWER LEG! HAHAHA

I especially enjoy the house tours and the textiles exhibit. I also appreciate that the Charleston Museum strives to be a Museum of Charleston. I enjoy the local history. Thank you!
