I had to wait a long time for my appointment but everyone was very apologetic and helpful in keeping me informed and comfortable.

The staff was VERY friendly, helpfull, and accomodating. They went out of there way to help pull off a big surprize for my wife. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

When I called to book my appointment, the woman was so overwhelmed with calls that she didnt have time to speak to me. I tried again a few months later and she passed me off on someone else.

I was not pleased with my simple haircut. I informed her I was cutting my hair to donate it. We cut over a foot off and I come to find its just been thrown out. Not only do I have a choppy, uneven haircut, the years I spent growing my hair out to help someone in need is thrown to waste.

Will never go back.
