I loved this class and I suggest it to anyone that wants a great workout! The instructor was awesome and even gave me one on one help when I was struggling. I cant wait to go back!

All of the instructors are trained in the same manner and really pay attention to your form as good form transfers to all movement. There is no messing around in this class. You go in, do what you need to do and you are done and feeling great!

Love love love this place. I have never been one to work out in a public setting but there is nothing that would stop me from going to Pure Barre!
