The variety and frequency of classes is good. Instructors have all been friendly and helpful. A few of the staff at the front desk are not overly attentive or friendly. For a new customer I was honestly expecting more (tour, answer questions, etc.). Not sure how long they have been open and if they are still working kinks out. But overall a good deal, especially for the classes if you like that type of structure.
