Like many good ideas, the one for this business came from Dan Rather. A group of friends interested in starting a business venture together were watching CBS Evening News one night when a report on the high costs of dry cleaning drew their attention to the profession. With an entrepreneurial spirit, the founders scoped out local dry cleaners and developed a business model that allowed them to clean all garments for a fee that’s as flat as the planet we walk on. Today they clean more than 1,200 items each day and continue to grow, thanks to their onsite, environmentally friendly equipment that cleans consciences as well as garments.

If you take shirts to launder always take more than 10 to maike sure you get the $1.99 price and don't have to pay a $1.50 redemption fee.

Absolutely great job--have been using for at least 2 years--no problems--and not a single bit of difference between a dry cleaned pair of pants at $4.50--$6.00 and Dry Clean City.

if you forget a shirt ask them to give you a credit on the account. one of my shirts had a rip in it so I took it with me and they gave me a full price credit for one shirt

Great customer service! You can visibly see the difference when you walk in the door. It was a treat to see a business that relayed this type of "we will get it done" and "cusomer is important". Impressed.
