I love this studio. Aerial yoga is so satisfying and the instructors are excellent. I have several injuries/past surgeries that some postures challenging. With these creative, knowledgeable instructors and the silks, I get an amazing workout.

One of the most invigorating and pleasurable workouts I've had in some time. Highly recommend it!! The staff and instructors are attentive, knowledgeable and 'spot-on'. There are classes for all levels of fitness!!
