Great customer service, all around. My dog had a wonderful time and I felt comfortable leaving him for the weekend. I'll definitely go back!

I don't think I the facilities are the best. The grounds are mostly travel and dogs are left out for about 4 hours each day. our dogs feet got sore, and ended up bleeding because of the excessive time outside. Food wasn't administered properly.
