About Mr. C's Auto Salon

After returning from Vietnam as a decorated veteran, Carl Amos began his battle against posttraumatic stress disorder during a time when doctors knew little about it, let alone how to treat it. Despite this internal struggle, Carl worked a full-time job and detailed cars in his yard to support his family. This side-job soon became a full-fledged business known as Mr. C's Car Care. Carl also let his two sons young sons—Anthony and Christopher—help out with the work to teach them something about responsibility, proper car care, and getting other people to do your work.

Today, Anthony and Christopher revived the old family business under the moniker Mr. C's Auto Salon in memory of their father. During their detailing services, they purge Ferraris, Lexi, and Lamborghinis inside and out by hand. In addition to following in their dad's soapy footsteps, Anthony and Christopher are also veterans and sufferers of PTSD. They strive to support their fellow veterans who suffer from the same malady and hope to start a nonprofit organization dedicated to this purpose in the future.
