Stephanie was very nice and flexible with my schedule but I didn't care for the brand of keratin treatment she used. The last treatment I had used Coppola brand and Stephanie uses Global the Global treatment left my hair with a heavy residue and even now, 3 weeks later, my hair smells funny when it's wet. I also got better defrizzing with the Coppola treatment.

She was very professional. I really liked her.
