Cupcales were much smaller than I expected.

The cupcakes were delicious and the people delivering and taking orders could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!!

The customer service was horrible. It tookthem about a month to returnmy calls and by that the time they were able to deliver the strawberries, they were out of season. The strawberries did not taste good at all.

Difficult to contact and the icing was too hard.

I called and placed my order for my cupcakes to be delivered on August 15th, at the last minute I was informed the wrong date was put down. The manager promised me a dozen of strawberries for the inconvenience. When the cupcakes were delivered on the 25th, I did not get the strawberries and the cupcakes were dry.

Late, I had to call with questions. Delivery was over 2 hours late which caused me to miss an appointment and stay at work late. Quality was okay/good but delivery was more of an inconvenience than conveinance.

They were just ok! Nothing special, very plain, but cupcakes are cupcakes and yummy! ;) Customer service was good though, nice on the phone and delivered as promised.
