It did whiten teeth but it does require maintenance.

The whitening was done in a regular office which had a comfortable chair but no plumbing. Rinsing (and spitting out the bleaching agent) was done via small, paper, "Dixie" cups. Nasty!

My lips , cheeks, and gums were badfly burned, which made it hard to eat or brush my teeth for more than a week.

You all should be ashamed. This was a total rip off. I did everything and the technician instructed. My teeth are the same color even though the technician said they went from a 16 to a 10. When she originally discussed my teeth they were between a 12-14. She wrote down 16. I also had to pay $10.00 for parking...they do not validate. I also did not get my home kit. She said they will send it via mail. I plan to turn them in to the BBB.
