I went there with my 7 and 4 yrs old girls. The place is filled with fun things, and kept them busy. I would say this place may be good for younger ones, 2-6 years old. (my 7 years old had fun, but spent a lot time in craft corner.)

Look into parking in advance. The garages are $2.50 an hour with 2 free hours if you get a stamp at the museum.
