Went in for a balayage and haircut. There must have been a miscommunication when I was scheduling because they had me down for highlights instead of the balayage but no big deal, it was corrected right away. Reneta worked with me and she was very nice. It was her first time doing balayage and she did an excellent job. I love my hair and will definitely be back!
