Yes the staff was very professional. Both the massage therapist and the aestheticism were well trained. As a former massage therapist I know that the massage I received was perfect technique and pressure. If you want to relax this is a great spa to go to with great prices!

If I have to fill out a survey of questions about my skins concerns and needs, I expect to have them addressed - they were never mentioned. If you want to just do a set facial routine, that is fine, but please don't make me sit there and fill out the form for no reason.

The masseur used heating pads and warming massage oil. Amazing! I felt so relaxed afterward. And the facial used quality products; I could tell a difference afterward.
