My highlights were done sloppily. The one right above my forehead was almost an inch away from my scalp, it looked like they had grown out already. The stylist styled my hair in a way to cover this mistake and it was only when I got home did I realize it. I had to call and reschedule a time to come back to have it fixed, but by the same stylist. Disappointing experience as a whole.

Need to ask customers preference. Hair stylist did not ask and I had to direct stylist. Did not like how i had to wait for stylist to do another customers hair before finishing my hair.
