Make sure the time you schedule is very flexible. I was told they would be there between 9-11 and they did not come until 12:30. Despite that, I was very impressed with the work. My carpets look amazing!

5 times now that they had to reschedule. The latest being today where my appt was for 10am and now they are telling me 3:30pm. And I still doubt they will show up today.
