Instruction us wonderful and my daughter is having a wonderful time. However, process for signing up for class was not ideal. Time offerings changed twice without proper notice.

The communications within your studio need some work. The owner should know what classes are being taught and what is being taught in them. Follow through with what you say verbally. Don't just give lip service. Treat all of your studios as if they were your favorite, not just Chester. Westchester feels like the red, headed step-child, especially during recital time. Give them their turn, don't star and focus on Chester.
