I had booked the 90 min massage a couple months in advance for the week before my wedding, a very busy and stressful week. When I showed up to my appointment the business wasn't even open, though the hours on the door said they should be. My fiance had to connect with the owner to get resolved and it was just an inconvenience. They did pull through and were able to reschedule me that afternoon but I would have preferred never to have dealt with it in the first place.

Full trash bags at the front door, very messy, not organized, I received a massage and the room was cold, the table was cold and was covered with only a sheet. I had to ask for a blanket to help keep me warm
