Shawn was absolutely wonderful. Gave a very good massage, and also offered great advise on stretches, in creasing strength, to reduce pain.

I love East wind yoga studio, they have classes to suit all levels of students. The instructors are informative when leading the class through a pose. The studio itself is very bohemian, quiet and peaceful. Staff and students are warm and friendly.
