Technician didn't come at the appointment time, there was no call from anyone informing that. I called them and re-scheduled next day. Next day also technician didn't come at appointment time and had to re-schedule. Customer Service need to be improved

Waste of money they were late, Guy had a I hate working attitude kept saying it's only $35 and basically just wanted me to hand him the voucher for showing up and didn't perform there full duties. Bad experience waste of 40 min and $35

All he did was to clean with a wet cloth and charged me $45 to change the filter for humidifier
