Very clean facilities. I had a wonderful and relaxing facial. They play relaxing music and use high quality skin products that smell amazing. I really enjoyed my treatment and the cute young lady who did my facial was very informative and provided me with a lot of skin care advice. I booked another consultation with her as well as an acne facial for the holidays. I highly recommend this place!

Their customer service is lousy (virtually ignoring me for 15 minutes) and the treatment room is poorly equiped for facials. The space is very loud, so the music in the facial room is reeeeally loud in an effort to block out the sound. The lights are very bright and I just wasn't comfortable.
