Did not wash roof of vehicle. With an exterior/interior detail, I would expect that to be done.

I had to schedule my appointment twice as the first time they cancelled on me when I showed up for my detailing; a big inconvenience! Then, when they did take me, the trunk wasn't vacuumed, the edges of my windows were still dirty and they left a considerable amount of road dirt on my rocker panels. My experience wasn't a pleasant one.
