You can always upgrade services but they aren't pushy about it and all optional charges are clearly given before the service. My carpet looks and smells great. I highly recommend this business.

Captain Clean did a super job of cleaning our carpet. It was such a good job that I decided to have them clean our sofa, when the tech mentioned some of the other services they perform. The cleaning job on the sofa was also very well done. I will definitely use Captain Clean again for the carpet and sofa cleaning and recommend them for anyone wanting carpet or furniture cleaning.
