I think that Center Nails & Spa is a wonderful establishment. The staff is professional and courteous and they are always willing to accommodate your schedule. The second floor is especially nice for your own private mani-pedi party. Perhaps one of the best features is the fact that it's BYOB...not bad after a long day (or week!). :-)

Excellet service and caring of customers' needs

I was expecting a nice relaxing manicure and pedicure, but they rushed me through it, and I was in and out WAY too fast

BAD customer service. The man who seemingly owned or ran the place was beyond rude. I'm never going back. If I make an appointment and show up on time, making me wait for 20 minutes and being rude about it is completely unacceptable!

Make sure if someone makes an appointment ahead of time that you have enough people working to handle it.

Did a decent job but had to wait over half hour despite having an appointment
