View place and discuss plans prior to event date. Incorporate own theme, their decorations and designs are limited. Also, the actual door entrance is different from the location address. It is around the corner, or in back, not on Ashland.

Kids had a Nice time. Wish they would've been a bit more attentive. Had to keep going to get water and asking for popcorn. Didn't know how afternoon would go. One thing mentioned on contract another day of event. Good thing is kids didn't realize and had fun. But frustrating for adults.

The kids running the party really didn't communicate with us. I had to keep asking for things, a and 1 employee brought her kids to work, and they sneeked in our party area and used the bouncy house, which I thought was really unprofessional. I also had to call several times to book my sons party. Every time I called, they had no idea how to book the party! One person even told me they don't do parties on Saturdays!

Had my son's bday party there & they only turned one light on & didn't turn the a/c on. Bad experience & everyone was sweating!!!
