he was early and i have cream Carpet and he did a well good job and i wont ever call anyone again And he was good looking :)

My first experience was not so good in dealing with telephone reception. However the technician is really,really good, professional and friendly. In and out promptly.

They took all of 20 min to clean 2 rooms, hallway and stairs. I find it hard to believe this is possible to do without a rush job.

There is a catch! Most homes have more than 7 ducts and there is an additional $10 charge per duct on top of that there is a $40 charge for the cleaning of the main intake line. These were not really optional either. They wouldn't have come out

Charged over 100.00 to for a stain removal on an area rug and stains didn't come out. There was probably no stain removal in the formula. He also left streak marks on my sofa. When I called to get him to come back he's phone operator said he would come back to take a look at the issues. He never came back to remedy any the issues.
