The ice cream making class was fun and simple. I've now been back to this chocolate house to buy the delicious chocolates, too. Worth the trip out of my neighborhood.

The class was fun and laid back, but we learned a lot and made some fabulous chocolates in the process. We'll definitely be back.

Had an great time. Part of having a great time in the kitchen, is all about having a great environment. Chef Uzma provided a personal hand on approach , while simultaneously being a host to groups of people coming around for the Open House. The class is a prefect welcome to anyone looking to dive into the world of chocolate making.

Uzma provides a fun and educational experience about chocolate and deserts. My party and I had a wonderful time and would definitely return in the future.

The class was very fun and laid back. We felt so welcomed by Uzma and our truffles turned out wonderfully! I really appreciated that Uzma accommodated my dietary needs and provided a paper copy of the recipe we made so we could make more at home. I'm excited to try some of the options she suggested to expand upon the basic recipe.
