Staff is very professional and welcoming. I would recommend it.

My massage was amazing!
Service is atrocious here. They are rude and condescending from management to the person who answers the phone. I made the mistake of purchasing two groupons to this place before researching. I would never go here again, nor would i give them a single star. 0 stars.
The staff was friendly and my massage was great
This was a terrible visit the lady (Nicki) at the front desk was very rude and had poor customer service.
massage was just OK though nice staff. That's all I can say.
Very warm and relaxing atmosphere with calming scents and music
I was extremely dissapointed in the service I received at this place. I will never visit this place again. After waiting for (1) month to get my appointment I find out that my appt needed to be rescheduled. Cielo wanted me to wait an additional (2) weeks in order for me to get my facial appointment which I thought was insulting after I am the one that was inconvenienced. Once they were able to get me in, the receptionist And the esthetician were not friendly at all. Upon my arrival The esthetician told me that she had another facial scheduled at the same time as mine. I have never heard of this happening before at any of the other places I’ve been to. My facial was supposed to be 50 minutes and I probably only got 10-15 minutes because the esthetician was going back and forth with the other client. I felt insulted that I received this type of service and that I even paid for this type of service. Extremely dissapointed and dissatisfied with Cielos service. I should not have paid for this type of service.
The place overall was nice, but my facial felt more like I paid for a face wash vs an actual facial.
It was a relaxing and informative experience. My masoose also showed me ways and exercises to improve my condition.
