We got two beds a gorgeous corner room, so very clean and super spacious. We didn’t want to leave! A great stay!

The proximity to everything on Michigan Ave. Though valet was not available, Jose gave me several choices which was extremely helpful.

The lake view was incredible!!! We got the top floor, Francine was the one that checked us in and facilitated our love for The Congress Hotel! She was absolutely fantastic and a joy to talk to. The hotel itself was very clean, extremely beautiful and the bed AND pillows were joyfully comfortable. We enjoyed our stay more than anticipated. The bathroom could be improved but I’m just nitpicking at this point.

Totally staying here again! Great price, great location. Staff was excellent!! Breakfast was warm and delicious. Bar on sight with pool table and games. Room style (see pictures) is not typical of "modern" hotels but I loved it! I got the lake view King bed and the view did not disappoint!

I loved how intimate the room was. Room service was fast and the location was great.
