Flirty girl fitness not only sparked my motivation to get up and start moving. It has boosted my confidence tremendously. The support system that they have is incredible. My confidence continues to build every single day the environment is positive, motivational and it brings up your spirit. I truly feel liberated!

Took the level 1 pole class and it was SO FUN! Definitely more of a dance class than learning only pole moves, but i think the great music made it more fun.

What can I say, PERFECT!!!Atmosphere, Classes, Staff, Instructors, Manicurist, Drinks,PERFECT!!! Working out was never so exciting and fun.
