Jaqueline seemed knowledgeable enough and pleasant. Took her time explaining everything very thoroughly. However if you don't live near downtown you might reconsider this offer only because of the distance.

The initial consultation was mediocre. How the laser worked was not explained, a treatment plan was not explained, only the length. I wasn't told what to expect. The office was small and somewhat unprofessional. All in all, I likely won't return.
