They were very thorough and professional. I would use them again.

they were very responsive and prompt when returning my calls/texts. they arrived on time and were ready to get to work. they could pay more attention to the 'details', for example, my mats were not cleaned very well and I noticed when I was driving later that the windows and sunroof was not cleaned well either. they corrected the issue with the mats, but had left when I discovered to problem with the windows/sunroof. the convenience of having them come to my house was great!

They were a half hour late so i missed them because i had to go to work

When the two men showed up, they were 40 minutes late for the appointment. They were not very professional in their appearance and they van was also not professional looking inside and out. I was told in that it would take 2-3 hours to complete the detailing, they were finished in about 1 1/2 hours. I looked over the vehicle and had them clean spots that looked like they had not even touched. They did not wipe down the plastic molding on the seats, they missed several spots on the windows and the dashboard. They were not able to get any of the spots out of the floor carpeting or the stains of one of the back seats. Was not impressed with how they cleaned the outside of the vehicle there were several places that were not cleaned. I would not recommend doing business with this company again.

They didn't wipe the interior of the can and when told and shown they had not cleaned the inside. One person went back to the truck and leaned on it. The other person went back to the car and cleaned the carpet but never cleared the inside. I would Not use this company and would NOT recommend them!

Spotty with their service. It wasn't horrible but the process took 2 hours and for the amount of time put in, I was expecting more.
