Overall, I liked the experience. My only issue was the noise outside the room. One time there was a class with loud music and once it was just voices. But - for the price I paid, I could live with it. However, for a full price experieince, it would be a bigger issue.

Staff is more concern w/ your insurance status to draw more business than just perform a simple massage. Acquired several residual effects from roughly and uncomfortable massage. Therapist was 30 mins late for my appointment.

The therapist was late and did not apologize, classes with loud music was going on while I was getting a massage so it was not relaxing at all.

Asked for a female therapist, received a male; loud Zumba class in the same space; room so small that therapist kept pushing table; therapist hurt my back after denoting it as an issue
