Scheduled transportation with J&J to and from O’Hare recently. Mike and Joanne were friendly and professional. The vehicles were full sized luxury SUVs and extremely comfortable. Don’t hesitate to call them. The taxi service in Chicago has not recovered from COVID.

I used J J for a pick up from O'Hare Airport. Joe was there when I arrived and got me home in no time. The car was clean and Joe was SUPER nice! Will definitely use again as he was but a few dollars more ($7) that the lyft I used leaving.

Friendly office staff. Driver arrived early, was very courteus and helped with luggage. Very swanky ride to the airport for my parents.

The driver was at our house 15 minutes early. He was extremely courteous, friendly and competent. The car was immaculate and very comfortable and spacious. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
