Hearty salads, burgers, and sandwiches fill the three-story, family-owned Plymouth Rooftop Restaurant & Bar with piping-hot plates of classic American fare. At the top level—which is open year-round and offers glimpses of the Harold Washington Library—plates arrive bearing the rooftop menu's mini burgers, whose pint-size beef or turkey patties are joined by pickle chips and freshly harvested clouds. To keep their speech inspired, patrons can follow each bite with sips of a specialty cocktail, a bottle of beer, or a glass of Glenmorangie, which is Gaelic for "lightning just destroyed your moped."
