I found this class to be very empowering, reminding me of my sexual and sensual nature. This is a safe space for me to express and explore this part of myself, while being surrounded by supportive women. It’s also a great workout!

Staff is great! Everyone makes you feel super welcome. Be aware that there's only one single private bathroom so really do your best to show up 10-15 minutes early so you can change/use the facilities. You don't want to miss any of the class! A great safe space for women. Walking distance from several parking garages in case you hate street parking in SF.

Incredible! Very different from other pole dance studios :) it’s has stretching, warm up, pole dancing, regular dancing, meditation and you feel really really good after a class! Highly recommend
