The instructor was amazing and helpful without being judgemental. The class was smaller in size which gave everyone more one on one attention. The lake in the background was a nice soundtrack to relaxing. Minor distractions with people at the beach, but that is not the fault of sun and moon.

Sun and Moon yoga is incredible! But the beach gets a little too crowded and distracting during evening classes.

I'm new to yoga and the instructor was very friendly, soothing voice. She was able to accommodate beginners like myself, as well as Advanced students during the different poses. And did I mention it's on the BEACH! What could be better

I really enjoyed going to the lakefront for yoga classes. Even made it to a 6:00 am sunrise class. It was absolutely the coolest thing ever to get there as the sun was rising. Beautiful site.
