Had a very pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and professional. Level 2 is like a stretch class. Trying level 3 in two weeks.

The yoga instructor was so welcoming and the level one yoga really helped me relax after a busy day. In addition, the studio was both spacious and clean! I look forward to using my other classes!

I've only taken the yoga 1 class, which was quite a beginner class, as the teacher warned me over the phone. It was, as many reviewers have already mentioned, a quiet and slow stretch class with the focus on breath. I loved it. I've been trying for years to begin a yoga practice, but the so-called beginner classes always stressed me out a bit. They are, to my mind, too much for beginners (since when are headstands a beginner move?), and too long, with not enough focus on breathing. There are plenty of classes with the focus on a good workout; I also need stress relief, a more spiritually focused practice, and I want to look forward to the class. So keep up the good work!

It is a wonderful place, but neither the company website nor the write-up mentions that these yoga classes differ from the rest by being primarily about stretching - not sun salutations or holding yoga poses to build flexibility and strength. I've been to two classes that have been 45-minute or 90-minute guided stretches alongside guided breathing and meditation exercises. The classes are relaxing and the staff are all friendly and supportive, but the classes are not what I expected.

I love the Peace School! Everyone in my class agrees; and, we miss our yoga greatly during the holiday break. The instructors are so authentic and really help busy professionals to relax and get centered. On one hand, I want to recommend it to everyone; on the other hand I selfishly want to keep it as my own little oasis. It's very special - not just regular yoga - you strengthen your core and your spirit at the same time. It's wonderful!!

This was different than most other yoga classes I have taken, but I really enjoyed this approach. I will definitely go back.
