My grandson and I enjoyed it a lot I would recommend this for all age groups. I've haven't been there for about 25 years so it was so cool that they added the three clear skydecks you can walk out on to. The first step out there is so cool. 5 stars

prepare for a long trip. great experience however the lines are long due to tourism and just overall people out wanting to experience the view

Be prepared to wait in lines... There's a line to get to the tickets, a line to get in the elevator, a line to go on the ledge, and a line to get back down. But it's still very worthwhile. When will you get another chance, go for it!

We went on a Saturday afternoon and the lines were ridiculously long. Then we felt really rushed because of the throngs of people behind us. I'd recommend going on a weekday.

Arrive early to avoid long lines. Instead of purchasing a souvineer on the 103rd floor wait until you go to the gift shop. The elevators that bring you back down open up into the gift shop. There is a much larger selection of souvineers. Glad we went for the unique "ledge" experience.
