The guide was really well versed in the subject matter and lived up to the company name ;). I'd suggest less time outside during the fall/winter months.

Devil and the White City tour was definitely the highlight of our trip to Chicago. Eric is a fantastic guide. We have been on tours in other cities and he definitely made this the best one yet. He works for the Chicago History Museum, and it shows. This guy knew his stuff. Really interesting stops that we had not considered when planning our visit. Worth every penny.

Would have given 5 stars had the bus been nicer. Big ol yellow school bus. Loud, uncomfortable, & not as warm. The tour guide in the other hand made up for the bus being so horrible. The way he presented this tour made it so much more interesting. Thx tour guide, with the cool mustache!

Krystal was not a very good tour guide. Took the tour before and liked it, not this time.

Definitely worth it! We are from Fresno California visiting for the weekend and wanted to do something unique and this was such a cool and knowledgeable tour! We learned a lot about some dark history of Chicago. Eric was an AWESOME tour guide, he was professional and fun! The best part was getting to have drinks a a haunted bar and trying Glogg and Malort!! Thank you Eric!

They put you on school buses designed for elementary school kids- not comfortable for adults over 5 feet tall especially when they pack the bus full. I had to sit with my knees pulled into my chest because of he wheel wells in many of the seat rows so couldn't wait to get off the tour. It seemed really long under these conditions.
