When we phoned about the snowshoeing, we didn't have very good phone service. It was tough to plan with young children because we felt we weren't given enough information. We nearly canceled the trip. We are really glad we didn't, though, because our experience upon arrive was the polar opposite. The staff was super helpful, accommodating and friendly! We hadn't planned to go tubing but you have such a great set up that we couldn't help ourselves. In the end, you exceeded our expectations. We'll certainly be back!!
